On August 19, around 10:00 AM, a 48-year-old driver of a VAZ car was traveling on the M-10 highway "border of the Russian Federation — Gomel — Kobryn". At the 100th kilometer, he drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a Mercedes Sprinter minibus driven by a 44-year-old man.
As a result of the accident, a 67-year-old passenger of the VAZ died at the scene. The car driver was taken to the hospital with injuries.
