Januskevich Publishing House announced the release of a J.K. Rowling book

The book will be released before the New Year.

"How do you like this pre-New Year announcement? Translated by Alena Piatrovich, illustrations by Jim Field. The cover was created by AI, don't worry, we will redo it," reports the publisher's Telegram channel.

"The Christmas Pig" is a fairy tale by J.K. Rowling, not yet connected plot-wise to any of her previous works.

The main character of the story is a boy named Jack, who loses his favorite toy on Christmas Eve — a piglet named Poky. On Christmas Eve, he gets a new companion — The Christmas Pig, who, together with Jack, sets off to search for Poky in the Land of the Lost.

By the way, the release of the ninth book in the detective series about Cormoran Strike and Robin Ellacott has been pre-announced for Friday, February 13, 2027. The title is — Sleep Tight, Evangeline (Sleep Tight, Evangeline!).
