The "Janushkevich" publishing house announced the start of sales for the science fiction classic, translated into Belarusian.

Frank Herbert's book "Dune" in Belarusian translation can be purchased starting today. One of the greatest science fiction stories of all time is now available in Belarusian, translated by Ihar Kulikou.
"Published in 1965, 'Dune' is not just an epic adventure on a desert planet, but a prescient exploration of politics, religion, ecology, and human ambition. 'Dune' addresses complex themes of power, survival, and environmental protection, which are more relevant today than ever before.
Herbert's novel has influenced many other works of science fiction, from "Star Wars" to modern literature.
The Belarusian translation will allow our readers to take a fresh look at this masterpiece of science fiction, the eternal struggle between humanity and nature, technology and traditions," the publishing house wrote.
