Ukraine's Defense Forces have managed to regain control of about 16 square kilometers of territory north of Pokrovsk in the last few weeks of fighting. This was reported by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi.

According to Syrskyi, in Pokrovsk itself, Ukrainian servicemen managed to restore control over a significant part of the city's northern districts. Meanwhile, combat operations in the Pokrovsk-Myrnohrad agglomeration continue.
Despite the difficulties, logistical routes to Myrnohrad are functional, and Russian troops were unable to advance in the Kostiantynivka direction.
Oleksandr Syrskyi also noted that in November, Russian troops managed to capture some Ukrainian territories; however, the claims of Russian propaganda about an allegedly rapid and large-scale offensive do not correspond to reality.
