Political prisoners deported to Ukraine will spend a few more days there
"People are safe, have warmth, light, and communication," said Sviatlana Shatsilina, head of the Mission of Belarusian Democratic Forces in Kyiv.

On December 13, 109 political prisoners from Belarus were released and deported to Ukraine.
On December 14, Sviatlana Shatsilina, head of the Mission of Belarusian Democratic Forces in Kyiv, and Vadim Kabanchuk, representative of the United Transitional Cabinet for Security and Defense, met with Ukrainian representatives, as well as with some of the released political prisoners. It is reported that comfortable conditions have been created for the political prisoners, and they are receiving necessary medical and psychological assistance.
"People are safe, have warmth, light, and communication," Shatsilina noted.
"Everyone is receiving the necessary assistance. This gives people time to calmly catch their breath and collect their thoughts. Within a few days, all those released will undergo standard Ukrainian procedures. After that, the necessary transport will be arranged for their relocation to the territory of the European Union. Tsikhanouskaya's Office coordinates work with Poland, Lithuania, and European partners."
