Around 9:20 PM during the launch of a firework, a part of the projectile hit the face of a man born in 2002. The victim was hospitalized with injuries of varying severity.
Rescuers remind that starting from January 2025, a ban on the sale of pyrotechnics was introduced in Belarus, and this applies to both retail and wholesale trade of pyrotechnics. The ban extends to all products of hazard classes II, III, IV, and V — fireworks, Roman candles, rockets, firecrackers, and other pyrotechnics.
Incorrect use of fireworks can result in a fine for hooliganism, and in some cases, even criminal liability. The person who uses pyrotechnics is directly responsible for everything.
