У гэтай сытуацыі нейтральная Беларусь павінна стаць ключавой нейтральнай дзяржавай ў Еўропе , якая гарантуе стабільнасьць і пакой усім суседзям. 3 Прыклады з гісторыі : У 1955 годзе Захад і Бальшавіцкая імпэрыя падпісалі Аўстрыйскую Дамову, праз якую Аўстрыі: «была нададзеная незалежнасьць і адбылося вывад усіх акупацыйных войскаў у абмен на абавязак Аўстрыі да вечнага нейтралітэту». І гэтая дамова дзейнічае нават сёньня, 40 гадоў пасьля краху бальшавіцкай імпэрыі. . Калі бальшавікі акупавалі Манголію, яны маглі яе анэксаваць і «маскоўфікаваць», як яны зрабілі з многімі іншымі дзяржавамі і народамі. Але замест гэтага яны пакінулі Манголію як буфэрную дзяржаву з Кітаем, разумеючы, што гэта для іх найлепшае рашэньне.
