It became known that a 35-year-old woman had been evading repayment of a car loan for a long time. The bank turned to court, and as a result of the case review, the car, which was collateral, was seized and sold. However, the money received was not enough to fully cover the debt.
After this, the judicial enforcement officer imposed a levy on the Gomel resident's bank account to recover the remaining amount of the debt. In response, the woman called the compulsory enforcement department, and the conversation escalated into a conflict: she uttered gross insults and curses, even involving the employee's family members.
The phone call was recorded, which served as grounds for bringing the woman to administrative responsibility. The court imposed a fine of 10 basic units for insulting a public official during the performance of their duties. In court, the Gomel resident admitted her guilt and explained her behavior as a sudden emotional breakdown.
