When MES units arrived at the scene, the house was engulfed in open flames, and the roof and ceiling had partially collapsed. According to neighbors, a person might have been inside the house.
During reconnaissance in the living room, MES workers found the charred body of a man. The search for the deceased was complicated by high temperature, dense smoke, and collapsed structures.
A 68-year-old pensioner lived in this house with the owners' permission.
As a result of the fire, the roof and ceilings were destroyed, property was burned, and the house walls were damaged. The considered cause of the fire is careless handling of fire while smoking.
