At the end of 2025, real estate prices in Minsk updated a historical record, but it is still realistic to buy housing with a capital registration for less than 50 thousand dollars. The problem is that such an apartment is actually in the suburbs and in poor condition.
The cheapest apartment in the capital is for sale for 46 thousand dollars. That much they ask for a three-room apartment at: Profsoyuznaya St., 9. The total area is 67 square meters, so a meter there costs only 685 dollars.

This is very cheap compared to the average cost per square meter of more than 2000 dollars.
The apartment is located in a brick 6-apartment house built in 1945, to which an extension was later added.

According to the plan, the apartment has two living rooms of 17 square meters each in the main part of the house, a kitchen of 13 square meters in the extension, and another room of 16 square meters, which is officially called a summer room.

Probably, one of the rooms, which is a walkthrough and where a stove is located, has no windows due to the extension.
As can be seen from the photos, the renovation in the premises was done a very long time ago, but this is not the only drawback. Although formally the buyer gets a capital registration, this house is located quite far beyond the Minsk Ring Road — near the railway station 'Kalyadzičy'.

The railway runs immediately behind the house, which also does not add value to such housing.
