Share of Belarusian producer in new car sales reached 70%

December 2025, traditionally the most active month for the car market, confirmed the leadership of the domestic automotive industry. Belarusian dealers sold 5.7 thousand new passenger cars, statistics provided by the Belarusian Automobile Association.

Despite the fact that the total sales volume in December 2025 decreased by 14% compared to December 2024, the key event was the record result of "BelGee".

The plant sold 4069 cars of Belgee and Geely brands, which is almost 50% higher than the figure for November 2025. The growth was ensured by attractive price offers and preferential lending programs, noted the BAA.

As a result, the domestic manufacturer accounted for 70% of all new passenger car sales in the country during the reporting period.
