In December 2025, the bistro «Fish House «Marine Seasons»» opened on the territory of the Minsk Technopark. The second bistro is located in the Minsk shopping center «First National». The third restaurant in the chain will be in the capital's Loshytsa microdistrict, Office Life reports.
The bistro is being developed by the company «Morskaya Manufaktura» (Marine Manufactory), associated with «Marine Seasons» of Belarusian businesswoman Lyudmila Nyeronskaya.
The establishments operate in the format of shops with kitchens. This means that they have counters with goods, like in a regular store, as well as a kitchen and seating areas, like in a restaurant.
As for the menu, it includes, for example, Tom Yum and Bouillabaisse soups for 23 rubles, trout and tuna sashimi for 24 rubles, trout tartare with guacamole for 24 rubles, various rolls and hot dishes. In addition, you can buy any raw fish in the store — and have it grilled immediately there. The cost of such a service is 6 rubles.
According to the trade register, another fish house will open on Igumensky Trakt in Minsk's Loshytsa microdistrict. The company has already started looking for employees there. For example, active vacancies for a sales assistant-cashier and a waiter-bartender are currently listed on rabota.by. They are prepared to pay them 2 thousand rubles net.
«Morskaya Manufaktura» (Marine Manufactory) was established in July 2025 in Minsk. Its main activity is restaurants. The company is registered at the same address as «Morskaya Gavan» (Marine Harbor). Its director is Lyudmila Nyeronskaya. In the second half of 2025, the company purchased the premises of the fish complex of the bankrupt «Belryba» on Stebnyova Street in Minsk.
In addition to the bistro chain «Fish House «Marine Seasons»», the company «Morskaya Manufaktura» (Marine Manufactory) manages the cafeteria «Marine Seasons», located at the address of the former premises of the bankrupt «Belryba».
At the end of November 2025, a fish processing plant of the company «Marine Seasons» opened in «Kalyadzichy». Its capacity is 5,849 thousand tons of fish products per year. Its area is 3,286 thousand square meters.
