According to the Rules for Improvement and Maintenance of Settlements, car owners must clear snow from the territory at a distance of at least 1 meter from the car. Failure to comply may lead to administrative responsibility under Part 2 of Art. 22.10 of the Administrative Code. The fine is up to 25 basic units (which is up to 1125 rubles).
Minsk Housing and Communal Services reported that this winter, 65 fines have already been issued and 6 administrative offense reports have been drawn up in the capital. As part of prevention, 3924 warning notices were issued.
