In Kletsk, a 25-year-old man attacked a 58-year-old local resident right on the road because he was driving too slowly, writes " Minskaya Pravda ".

The incident occurred on the evening of February 7: an elderly locksmith was returning home, driving very calmly on the road. This angered the young driver, who caught up with the man and hit him twice on the head.
A criminal case was opened against the young man under Part 1 of Article 339 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (hooliganism), but he has not yet been detained, and no preventive measure has been chosen. The young man had no prior convictions.
