Bad Bunny himself acted as a witness and signed their marriage certificate. Lady Gaga (in a blue dress) also sang and danced with Bad Bunny during the wedding. Another famous Puerto Rican, Ricky Martin, also performed.
Bad Bunny's performance had a clear political component. During the performance, there was complex scenography, which included an imitation of a sugarcane plantation and a Puerto Rican residential neighborhood.
At the end, the rapper, who often criticizes Trump for his migration policy, said: «God bless America,» listing, along with the USA, other countries of the continent — Canada and Puerto Rico. On the billboard behind him during the performance was the inscription: «The only thing stronger than hate is love.»

«The Super Bowl halftime show is an absolute horror, one of the worst in ALL HISTORY! It makes no sense, it's an insult to the greatness of America, it does not meet our standards of success, creativity, or excellence,» he wrote on the Truth Social network.
The «Super Bowl» took place on February 8 (it was night in Minsk) in Santa Clara (California). The Seattle Seahawks won the match, defeating the New England Patriots 26:13.
