A new taxi service from Kazakhstan — Bro Car — has appeared in Belarus. Grodno was the first city where it started operating, reports autogrodno.by.

A distinctive feature of the new service is the absence of a rating system for drivers. The company believes that ratings are often subjective and can lead to unfair blocking, which effectively deprives a person of the opportunity to work. At the same time, all cars are entered into the official registry, so, according to service representatives, passengers have no reason to doubt the reliability of the carriers.
Bro Car has also refused to fine drivers for canceling orders. The decision of whether to take a trip or not remains with the driver without lowering their activity in the system. In addition, unlike some other services, the driver will see the final destination and the cost of the trip in advance.

Passengers are offered several tariffs: "Economy", "Comfort", "Comfort Plus", "Electric" and, possibly, "Universal". It will also be possible to call a car for "jump-starting" a car, towing, or to make a pre-order for a specific time.
The company promises fixed tariffs for the same distances without sharp price jumps. Although the price will be slightly higher during peak hours, it will remain stable for all users.

Medical examinations for drivers are planned to be carried out using electronic cards before each departure. Bro Car claims that such remote control is more objective and helps avoid the human factor.

There will be no traditional taximeters in the cars — calculations will be made through electronic cash registers, and the receipt will automatically appear in the passenger's personal account.
It will only be possible to call a taxi through the mobile application — the service will not work by phone.
