Wrote in chats in Belarusian and repaired his own car. Head of innovations at IT company 4RM Systems jailed for political reasons
Aliaksandr Sulzhyts, head of the innovative research department at 4RM Systems, was convicted, presumably, in the Hayun case. He entered the IT sphere from logistics and metal trading.

Aliaksandr Sulzhyts is 44 years old. He is originally from Pinsk. In 2005, he graduated from the Belarusian State Economic University with a degree in «Finance and Credit».
His career began in logistics — he worked as a transport manager at Pinskdrev, then held positions at Belinterlogistik and ElektroEra. Later, Sulzhyts worked as a procurement manager at the international company Exide Technologies. He then moved into metal trading, and even later returned to logistics.
From 2019 to 2022, Sulzhyts worked at Rozum Robotics, where he progressed from supply manager to head of the robotics automation department. His last place of work was 4RM Systems (May 2023 — May 2025), where Aliaksandr was involved in developing the Stemma AI solution for automating self-service checkouts in retail — specifically, 4RM Systems checkouts are found in many Belarusian stores.
Perhaps Aliaksandr's greatest passion is cars. The man was an active participant in the car community: he helped beginners with advice, as he also repaired his own car.
Aliaksandr also enjoys photography. He was interested not in ordinary shots, but in industrial photography, photographing production processes, for example, argon welding, for which he specifically sought rare filters. He also loves photographing nature.

Sulzhyts is an experienced traveler. On social media, he described routes in detail, advised on which SIM cards to buy and how to avoid fines abroad.
Aliaksandr often responded in various chats in Belarusian. He has a wife and two children.
Sulzhyts was detained about eight months ago — he had just resigned and was looking for a job. Aliaksandr was convicted in late 2025 or early 2026 in the Minsk City Court under Parts 1 and 2 of Art. 361‑4 of the Criminal Code — «facilitating extremist activity».
He was sentenced to either 'khimiya' (restricted freedom with assignment to an open-type correctional facility) or a penal colony.
