Tatyana Toustsik was the director of the Puppet Theater since 2024, replacing Dmitry Semyonov. However, information about her has disappeared from the "Management and Creative Team" section on the official website. Currently, only deputy director Vyacheslav Leonenko is listed there, writes Onliner.by.
The theater reported that Tatyana Toustsik left the team of her own volition.
— Her departure is in no way connected with the theater's work. Tatyana Anatolyevna decided to return to teaching activities at the Belarusian State Academy of Arts (she was previously a senior lecturer at the Directing Department), — said the interlocutor.
In recent years, the performances of the Puppet Theater have become some of the most sought-after. Queues often formed at the box office, and tickets sold out extremely quickly online. In an interview, Tatyana Toustsik said that some even accused the theater of artificially creating hype.

“But with the existing popularity of the Belarusian State Puppet Theater, we don't need this at all. We stopped announcing the start of sales, and as soon as the playbill appeared on the theater's website, sales began both at the box office and through the website. This leveled the playing field for all parties,” — the ex-director said.
