Due to a glitch affecting electric charging stations, problems arose with purchasing bus tickets

Infobus company announced that ticket search and purchase are temporarily unavailable, writes Devby.io.

"We are forced to inform you that, according to information from MTS company, as a result of an emergency situation on Huawei cloud platform equipment, a temporary malfunction occurred in the operation of the INFOBUS.BY service," states the carrier's post on social media.

Specialists are already repairing everything.

"Since there is no connection with the BY server, sales of all flights related to Belarus are disabled on the European website," the company explained when asked if tickets could be purchased from the eu domain.

The outage, which affected the Malanka charging station network, has been going on for many hours.

"I haven't been able to buy a ticket through Infobus since last night. Now I'll have to go to the bus station and stand in line," wrote one of tochka.by's readers.
