Zelenskyy: Ukraine now has 'cards', and everyone understood this
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Ukraine now holds 'cards' thanks to the successes of Ukrainian servicemen and the development of its own defense production, launched after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion. He said this in an interview with Irish blogger Caelyn Robertson.

Zelenskyy commented on the situation in which the U.S. turned to Ukraine for help (specifically on the issue of combating Iranian drones in the Middle East), and not to France or Germany.
Asked how he felt about the situation, the Ukrainian president replied: «Good».
«Now this is thanks to our soldiers, wonderful people, a large amount of diverse production, the manufacturing of which we have increased since the very beginning of the war. Now we have a high level. The Americans asked us, and, of course, I am proud that we can help our American partners,» — said Zelenskyy.
He emphasized that Ukraine has resources that were not previously publicized: «I think a year ago I also had them, but we didn't show them. But now everyone understood that we have them. Yes, that's true».

Zelenskyy also expressed the opinion that the international community is not yet ready for a global conflict.
According to him, from a technical point of view, Europe is not sufficiently prepared, with the exception of Northern Europe and Germany. The American army is very strong, however, modern warfare is not only about ground operations, but also new technologies for missiles and drones, he says.
Zelenskyy noted that no one in the world currently has such experience in ground warfare as Ukraine: «No one currently has the experience with ground forces that we have, and that is not why… we are very happy to have this experience. Many human losses, no, this is not about joy, this is about real experience, because Russia attacked us…»
Donald Trump has repeatedly stated that Zelenskyy «has no cards» in negotiations, and that Russia holds the trump cards because it «has seized a large territory».
