Not only Russian, but also Ukrainian Drones Began Massively Flying Through Belarus
Monitoring resources report that Ukrainian drones are flying directly to St. Petersburg through the Mogilev region.
Russian monitoring channels write that drones are flying from the Mogilev region towards the Smolensk region. The Z-channel "Belarusian Silovik" explains this. According to it, the main reason for the appearance of drones over the territory of Belarus is the complex border line. If you look at the map, the Mogilev region forms a peculiar wedge between the Bryansk and Smolensk regions of Russia.

Drones fly in from Ukraine through the Bryansk region and move in a straight line towards Smolensk.
To avoid making a detour, drones "cut corners," repeatedly crossing either the Belarusian or Russian border along this salient.
A similar situation is observed with the salients in the Gomel region, which borders the Chernihiv, Kyiv, and Zhytomyr regions, as well as the Bryansk region, the channel asserts.
"Only locals fully understand how the sides exchange drone strikes there. Given that it's visually impossible, especially at night, to distinguish 'one's own' drone from 'an enemy's,' and also considering the operation of electronic warfare (EW), situations vary. There you can regularly spot either 'Geraniums' or 'Lyutyi' [drones]," the channel writes.
