However, 14 years after the divorce, despite regular communication with his daughter, the ex-wife informed her ex-husband that he was not the girl's biological father.
He filed a lawsuit with the court to exclude information about his paternity from the child's birth record.
As part of the court proceedings, a forensic genetic examination was ordered (which was entrusted to the Vitebsk Regional Department of the State Forensic Examination Committee).
