Apps of Belarusian Alfa Bank disappeared from Google Play Store

Mobile applications of Belarusian Alfa Bank have disappeared from the Google Play Store. We are talking about INSNC and "Alfa Business Mobile 2.0", the bank reported.

This means that most Android users will now not be able to install these applications or receive updates via the official service.

The bank announced that they are already looking into the situation. At the same time, they emphasized that the problem does not affect Huawei users with AppGallery and RuStore.

For those who already have the applications installed, there is no need to worry — they will continue to work. But for updates, bank specialists advise deleting the old version and downloading the new one from the bank's official website.

If the application has disappeared or if a person has a new phone, they are also offered to install it directly from the website. The bank claims that these versions do not differ in any way from those that were on Google Play — neither in terms of functions nor security.

Back in late 2025, the bank fell under US sanctions. After that, its applications also disappeared from the App Store for iPhone users.
