Drunk Orsha resident beat a bus driver so badly that he broke his leg
The incident happened last autumn, the Prosecutor General's Office reported.
A 61-year-old resident of Orsha, with his young son, was planning to return to Orsha from Vitebsk by minibus. But he had only booked one seat. During boarding, he was intoxicated.
The driver reprimanded him, and in response, the man swore obscenely, and then punched the driver in the head.
A fight ensued, and the man pushed the driver — he fell out of the car onto the boarding platform and hit the curb. As a result, the driver sustained serious bodily injuries: closed fractures of his right leg.
As a result, the case went to court, and the man was charged under articles 339 and 155 of the Criminal Code. At the court hearing, the accused fully admitted his guilt.
He was fined 110 basic units (4.4 thousand rubles).
