A farmer from the "Red Fighter" collective farm in Mogilev's Kirausk switched from a seeder to a tank, and then to a combat moped. And went to storm Zaporizhzhia
News has emerged about yet another Belarusian who died in a Russian "meat assault." This is 51-year-old Mikola Habrus from Startsy (Kirausk). Initially, he was a tank mechanic in a battalion, but when the battalion was reduced to a company a month later, Habrus also had to go on assault. The outcome was predictable.
On the Zaporizhzhia front, Ukrainian armed forces destroyed another Belarusian "gentleman of fortune" who, instead of a measured life in his homeland, bet on quick money from Putin.
We are talking about Mikola Habrus, a native of Startsy (Kirausk), Mogilev region.
Mikola was born in 1974. According to information from Belpol databases, he was not convicted. Among his recorded places of employment is the position of a farmer at the "Red Fighter" farm in Kirausk district.

But even without a criminal past, Habrus's moral compass was broken, and in 2025, he hired himself to fight on Russia's side in its criminal war against Ukraine.
As a man with expert technical knowledge, Habrus joined the tank battalion of the 136th brigade, military unit 64454 (since 2024 – "Apsheronskaya", permanent deployment – Apsheronsk, Dagestan).
Before his departure to the war in March 2025, Habrus insured his life in Russia, indicating Riga Highway in Volokolamsk, Moscow region, as his address of residence.
But Habrus did not have to service tanks for long. According to information from his comrades, during the spring campaign, Habrus's tank battalion was reduced to a company. Accordingly, in May 2025, he was transferred from mechanics to assault troops. He was given a motorcycle, an automatic rifle with an optical sight, and sent to storm Ukrainian positions in Zaporizhzhia.

It is likely that "Nasha Niva" even found the moment Habrus was shot by Ukrainian defenders during his first and last assault, but we will not include the video for ethical reasons.
Habrus became another fallen Belarusian with the call sign "Belarus."
The last content he published was a video from an equipped trench, in which several middle-aged men in good spirits sit at a table, encouraging each other while drinking mineral water.
