The US Army struck Iranian radars and drone control points in the Garuk area in Iran and on Qeshm Island in self-defense, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on the social network X.

“Prudent and targeted strikes were carried out on Saturday and Sunday in response to aggressive Iranian actions, including the destruction of a US MQ-1 Predator drone operating over international waters.”
CENTCOM also added that US fighter jets promptly destroyed Iranian air defense assets, a ground control station, and two attack drones that were threatening vessels in regional waters. According to the command, there were no casualties among US military personnel.
