The main change is that a place in the queue will only be reserved for 30 calendar days from the moment of payment. During this time, it is necessary to deliver the car or other transport specified in the application to the waiting area and complete the online registration in your personal account.
Also, within 30 days after payment, it will be possible to get a refund if the trip did not take place.
However, funds will not be refunded if:
- the contract term has expired;
- the car was late from the waiting area to the checkpoint and registration was canceled afterwards;
- the vehicle was already registered, but the person refused the trip;
- the terms of the contract were not fulfilled due to the customer's fault.
