In Grodno, during the demolition of a disused warehouse building, a part of the wall and debris flew beyond the fenced-off area and fell onto the roadway. The moment of the collapse was filmed by drivers, reports the TV channel "Grodno Plus".
As reported by "Grodnozhilstroy", the organization was carrying out planned demolition work on the building. The pedestrian traffic restriction zone was pre-agreed with the State Automobile Inspectorate (GAI).
During the work, some debris went beyond the fence. As a result, a car was damaged. GAI officers arrived at the scene and documented the incident.
The organization also noted that the estimated zone of potential collapse had been fenced off in advance. Workers were stationed on both sides to prevent people from entering the dangerous zone and to direct them around it.
