Lukashenka appointed new head of Vitebsk regional police

On September 17, Alexander Lukashenka made appointments in the security bloc.

Police Colonel Alexander Kupchenia became the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee. He replaced Maksim Subota in this position.

Previously, Alexander Kupchenia was the head of the Main Department for Law Enforcement and Prevention of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and in this capacity, he often communicated with the press;

Also, Colonel of internal service Sergei Lapanovich has been appointed First Deputy Minister for Emergency Situations. Previously, he was the head of the Minsk Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
