Blogger Vlad Bumaga's company will pay compensation to a chip additive supplier.
The company "Bumazhnaya bumaga" (Paper Paper) of Belarusian blogger Vlad Bumaga (Vlad A4), which produces chips, has committed to pay a little over 42,000 euros to the food ingredient manufacturer "Symrise Rogovo" under a settlement agreement. This was reported by RIA Novosti, citing court documents.

The Moscow Arbitration Court approved a settlement agreement in the case of a claim by Simrise Rogovo LLC against Bumazhnaya Bumaga LLC for the recovery of approximately 47,000 euros in damages.
According to lawyer Natalia Pynnikova, representing the plaintiff, the defendant refused to take and pay for the food additives for chips, ordered from "Simrise" by the blogger's company, for that amount. She also clarified that in the settlement agreement, the plaintiff agreed to provide the defendant with a 10% discount. As a result, "Bumazhnaya Bumaga" will repay the debt in four equal installments from November 2025 to May 2026.
In Bumazhnaya Bumaga LLC, 45% is owned by the blogger through the Cypriot A4Group Limited, the remaining shares are equally distributed between Vitalius Paulius and Alexey Klochkov - 27.5% each. The company produces potato chips under the Lava-Lava brand.
Earlier it became known that the Russian business of Belarusian blogger Vlad Bumaga for the production of snacks ended last year with huge losses. The reason was called ill-conceived promotion costs. "Bumazhnaya Bumaga" is going to apply to the court in order to declare itself bankrupt.
