Media manager Kiryl Valoshyn suggested that the reason for the detention was Alyaksey's video interview for the "Opushka" project, in which he spoke about being deprived of the opportunity to perform, which is why he became a taxi driver.
In that interview, Alyaksey said that since the end of 2021, he has been unable to perform concerts or work as a teacher or producer. He sent résumés to various companies, but everyone told him that for certain reasons, they couldn't hire him.
