In Grodno, a man was pouring glue on cars that blocked his access to the garbage can.
In Grodno, a man repeatedly damaged the same cars with glue because, as he believed, they were preventing him from reaching the garbage container. This was reported by the press service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Grodno Regional Executive Committee.
According to law enforcement officials, in May 2025, a 37-year-old resident of Grodno went out to throw out the trash. On the way to the containers, there was a Mercedes, which, in his opinion, was blocking the passage. The man got angry and decided to "take revenge": he smeared the car with glue, which he had in a bag with the trash.
A month later, the situation repeated itself - a Seat was standing in the same place. The resident of Grodno considered that this car was also "interfering", bought glue and poured it into the door lock at night.
At the end of August, both cars were again near the containers, and the man did the same as before: he applied glue to the hood and windshield. In September and October, he continued his actions in the hope that the owners would stop parking their cars in this place.
At the same time, the drivers of the Mercedes and Seat did not violate anything - parking is allowed in this place and they did not interfere with pedestrians. The total amount of damage caused was more than 3,000 rubles.
When the owners realized that someone was deliberately damaging their cars, they turned to the police. Criminal investigation officers quickly identified the perpetrator, and he was detained. A criminal case was opened against the man under the article "Hooliganism".
