Very unappetizing Belarusian cutlets are sold in Batumi. But are they really Belarusian?
Batumi blogger Anastasia complained on Threads about the quality of 'Paparats-kvetka' frozen chicken cutlets, which had the Dzerzhinsky Meat Processing Plant's trademark indicated on their packaging. According to her, the taste and consistency of the cutlets were very unpleasant, 'as if made from all the waste of chickens ground with their paws,'writesBlizko.by.

Users from Belarus, seeing the packaging, noted that it was likely a fake: the product did not have a Belarusian barcode, the name was only in Georgian, and the original packaging of cutlets from 'Dzyarzhynka' looks completely different.

The packaging also had the inscription Bulbaland, which some perceived as a local producer, but in reality, it is the name of a store selling Belarusian goods in Batumi. The Instagram account of the retail outlet shows that other meat products are sold in this store as 'Dzyarzhynka', but are unlikely to be so.
Belarusians emphasized that the Dzerzhinsky plant itself does not produce such cutlets and does not use vacuum packaging. All quality questions should be directed to the local supplier Bulbaland.

Network users also advised checking official manufacturer websites and product ingredients before purchasing Belarusian products to avoid fakes.
