Among the 123 political prisoners released on December 13 are such well-known figures as Maksim Znak and Aliaksandr Fiaduta.

Maksim Znak
Maksim Znak is a lawyer, in 2020 a member of Viktar Babaryka's election headquarters. Detained on September 9, 2020, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison on September 6, 2021.
While Maksim Znak was held in complete isolation, incommunicado, a poem he had previously written in the pre-trial detention center became a popular reggae-style song.
They thought — they had buried us…
But we are potatoes! How can you bury us?
We pushed through the earth with green shoots,
Tried to reach for the sky.
They cut us into pieces,
But each one broke through to the surface.
There are more of us! What a surprise!
Here! Take another sack!
They left the sacks in the darkness,
They thought — this was the answer,
But we grew in the cellar,
We — are alive! You won't destroy us!

Aliaksandr Fiaduta
Aliaksandr Fiaduta is a literary critic and political analyst. Detained on April 12, 2021, he was sentenced to 10 years in prison on September 5, 2022.
He is the last released participant of the "conspiracy" against Lukashenka.
