Singer Dmitry Koldun Showed His Minsk Apartment Near Drozdy MANY PHOTOS

In the Belarusian capital, the singer owns real estate in the "Lebiadziny" microdistrict. That's where his family is based. Dmitry Koldun himself lives partly in Minsk, partly in Moscow.

The artist invited a blogger, who runs the YouTube channel "Room Tourist", to his home.

The singer says that he moved to this apartment on Ratamskaya Street after his children had more or less grown up — Dmitry has a son and a daughter, so separate rooms were needed for them (whereas in the previous apartment there was a shared children's room).

Dmitry's apartment area is 117 square meters. He bought the apartment with an open layout, where everything could be arranged according to his needs.

The residential complex itself can be considered elite — for example, Natalia Eismant, Alexander Lukashenka's press secretary, got an apartment in the neighboring building. His favorite, Darya Shmanai, also bought real estate nearby. And Drozdy-2 itself, with officials' cottages, is about a kilometer away.

To the question about renovation problems, the singer shrugs. He says his wife handled everything, so he didn't have any particular problems.

In the hallway, you can notice many children's drawings and souvenirs. The singer somewhat dismissively says that the collection belongs to his wife and daughter — because "they love to collect all sorts of 'junk'."

— Honestly, I don't even know what all this is called.

His wife, off-camera, prompts: "Sculpanda."

A large refrigerator is also located nearby. The blogger inquired why such an unconventional solution. Dmitry replied that it's all logical: "came and ate right away."

The singer also demonstrated the bathroom:

— Its peculiarity is that there are so many lighting modes here that I don't know why it was done. In every apartment where renovations are done, such inexplicable moments later surface. It's unclear why there's so much light in such a small area.

The conversation with the blogger is somewhat interrupted by the noise of the extractor fan, and Dmitry gets a bit nervous because he can't figure out which light switch it's connected to.

The singer says that such a strange option was proposed by the designer. And he explains his choice by saying that everyone has some moments of delusion.

— Sometimes people tell me: 'You said in an interview...'. And I answer: 'I wasn't myself.' So, probably, we all weren't ourselves when we agreed to this.

The washing machine was hidden in the guest toilet.

The huge living room is combined with the kitchen. But now Dmitry says it would have been better to make a separate kitchen. Because when guests arrive, the cooking process becomes open, which is not very comfortable. Plus, food odors (for example, fried onions) spread throughout the apartment.

— My wife Vika cooks more. I can make something simple — like soups or potato pancakes (draniki). And tea. The kitchen turned out extravagant. In the sense that we decided to make a stone countertop, which later turned out to have both many advantages and many disadvantages. For example, it chips at the edges if you drop something heavy or hit it with a knife.

There is also a bar counter. Despite a lot of storage space, Dmitry complains: he says his wife buys some questionable food products.

— Vika loves to buy various powders, mixes, spices. Then I throw it all away when the expiration date runs out.

Opposite the huge TV is a sofa. Dmitry says he loves to play console games with his children here or just lounge around and read some books.

The singer admits that the potted flowers didn't immediately take root — many of their predecessors died. Fish live in a small aquarium:

— They jump out of it from time to time. Apparently, not out of happiness. Maybe they saw some reports about the sea on TV and are trying to get there at any cost. More often at the cost of their own lives.

The living room is decorated with a panel of stabilized moss. This is also Dmitry's wife's hobby: Viktoria bought some compositions, and made some herself.

Dmitry said it was important for him to make a study for himself, because he sometimes works in Minsk. The artist wrote most of his songs precisely here.

— I'm in Moscow more often, but I hardly engage in creative work there. There's some hustle and bustle there, everything is noisy outside the window... But here, note, it's quite quiet. A rare car passes outside the window, even during working hours. On the other side, there's a view of the nature reserve.

— Previously, we had a recording studio in Moscow in the "Olimpiyskiy" sports complex, but it was demolished, and a new one is now being built. Part of the equipment moved here.

The singer mainly records only backing vocals in the home studio, because the walls are not adapted for recording lead vocals.

— To finish something, refine it, make a demo, play some music...

There's a sofa in the study. Dmitry says he sleeps on it from time to time.

— Unfortunately, when I work in Moscow, this room is used as a room where clutter happens, where some washed clothes are dumped. Some pots are brought here, boxes... You come here and quietly marvel at how it can be used like this.

In Dmitry's study, there is his own collection of souvenirs that he brought from his travels — for example, a dagger from Armenia. There are several dolls in the form of the singer himself, made by fans.

— Here's a ram's skull. I don't know why, but such things are quite often given to me as gifts. Maybe they think I'm really a warlock and need them. In Moscow, I have an ostrich claw, a wolf's tooth, a tiger's claw.

Dmitry himself brought a real shamanic drum made of maral skin from Khakassia.

Here is also a collection of board games — from puzzles to "Monopoly." He admits that the family hasn't had time to play all of them.

— We buy board games in advance — just like food products. For some bright future. Or maybe it's a reference to COVID, when we all sat at home and didn't know what to do. The pandemic ended, but the habit of buying games remained.

The singer's favorite board games are "Uno" and "Monopoly" (in the latter, he likes to secretly "borrow" cash). The artist demonstrated a collection of Soviet stamps — it was left to him by his grandfather.

— Before, there was no internet, so people collected everything," — the singer concluded and also showed a collection of commemorative rubles.

The study is decorated with a painting by Dmitry's friend Irina Sikachova, who wrote song lyrics for him (she is also the godmother of his daughter Alisa).

The girl's children's room is done in a calm beige-pink palette. On the wallpaper — beautiful birds, and on the chandelier too.

— As practice shows, in girls' rooms, and later in their cars, there is much more clutter than in boys'. Men's cars are much cleaner. Jan's room is much cleaner.

Dmitry says about his daughter that she loves to dance and draw, and is enthusiastic about K-pop.

His son Jan got a larger room — there are even two windows there. It features a harmonious combination of beige, green, and brown colors.

The boy has many construction sets — dad says the family brings them from every trip.

On Jan's wardrobe, you can see a peaked cap — Dmitry explained that he once performed on Border Guard Day and received it as a gift. Under the cap is a stack of scarves from various football clubs.

— Once upon a time, someone decided that I was a football fan. And now, for some reason, I periodically receive scarves from various local clubs as gifts.

Dmitry decided not to show his and his wife's bedroom.

To the question of where he still prefers to live — in Minsk or Moscow, the artist replies:

— In Moscow, I prefer to work. Here I prefer the atmosphere of calm, of nature. Belarus is generally a beautiful country with dense forests, so I love to relax here in nature. And then, with accumulated inspiration and relaxation, I go to Moscow.

токсик. ред флаг на ред флаге.
столько явных и скрытых упрёков в адрес супруги, нелепое сравнение комнат девочки и мальчика с порядком в машинах (wtf?), производит впечатление психически неуравновешенного, закомплексованного мужчины
