Now it's for sure. Construction of long-awaited panel residential complex begins in Minsk
This place, known as Planernaya Gora (Glider Mountain), has long been awaiting major construction. The fact is that a residential complex, comparable in level to Novaya Borovaya, is supposed to appear here.
Minsk Housing Construction Association (MAPID) promised to start construction on Harecki Street several years ago, but the work was postponed each time. Recently, movement was again noticed at the site, and this time - it is definitely active construction. The first building of the future residential quarter will be a parking garage with integrated shops. The first project declaration has already appeared in the "Zvyazda" newspaper. However, for now, it's not for apartments, but for commercial premises, writes Realt.
In the first phase of construction in the residential quarter within Yankouskaha and Harecki streets, a separate parking garage will be erected. It will be located within the volume of multi-apartment panel buildings of the typical series M-464-U1-M.
The garage will have a complex shape and consist of a polygonal stylobate with integrated premises and an open-type parking lot. Construction of the five-level parking lot began in the spring of this year, and it is planned to be completed in the second quarter of 2028.
In addition to parking spaces, the parking garage will feature two shops, a cafe for 60 seats, and a cash settlement center.
Currently, two lots are up for sale:
— shops for industrial and food goods, a cash settlement center, and common areas with a total area of 2114 square meters at a price of 4860 rubles per square meter;
— a cafe with a total area of 960 square meters at a price of 4860 rubles per square meter.
Sales of the premises will open on September 10 at the "MAPID" office.
In total, 15 panel houses are planned to be built on Planernaya Gora in Sukharava.
Previously, the developer promised that the new quarter would include apartments for those in need of improved housing conditions, as well as commercial housing for everyone.
In addition to ten-story buildings, the project includes a school for 780 students, a kindergarten for 230 children, a separate polyclinic (ambulatory clinic), and several parking garages.
