Borges's Two-Volume Work Published in Belarusian

The Janushkevich publishing house has released a two-volume edition of Jorge Luis Borges, translated by Siarhei Shupa.

The new edition includes four of the most important collections by the classic of world literature — "Fictions", "The Aleph", "Brodie's Report", and "The Book of Sand".

Siarhei Shupa's Belarusian translation accurately conveys the stylistic restraint, irony, and intellectual intensity of the original, revealing Borges to the Belarusian reader in all the complexity and beauty of his prose.
