Smalyavichy left without electricity and water due to strong wind
On August 22, due to strong winds that hit Smalyavichy district, the city of Smalyavichy and several rural settlements were left without electricity, reports smolevichi-24.by.

Due to the power outage, pumping equipment stopped working, leading to a temporary loss of water supply.
Emergency crews are already working on site. Specialists are engaged in restoring electrical networks and the water supply system.
Aliaksei Horbach, Deputy Chairman of the Smalyavichy District Executive Committee, reported that services are doing everything necessary to restore electricity and water to residents as soon as possible.
The situation is under the personal control of the district services. Residents are asked to report emergency situations to the district's dispatch services.
