Meghan Markle might return to acting: the Duchess is negotiating to star in Guy Ritchie's "The Gentlemen"

Prince Harry's wife, Meghan Markle, might return to her acting career and star in Guy Ritchie's popular Netflix series "The Gentlemen". Negotiations are at an early stage, but if successful, it would be the Duchess of Sussex's first major role since her wedding in 2018.

Meghan Markle is negotiating to star in Guy Ritchie's crime-comedy series "The Gentlemen," which streams on Netflix. According to the BBC, discussions about the project are still in the early stages, but if successful, it would be the Duchess of Sussex's first major and full-fledged role in film since her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018. Previously, she gained significant recognition for her role as lawyer Rachel Zane in the series "Suits," where she starred for seven seasons.

Meghan's potential return to acting coincides with the sensational news that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, after a long residence in the USA, have decided to return to the UK as early as August.

Meghan put her acting career on hold after her May 2018 wedding. In interviews at the time, she emphasized that she gave up acting without regret: "I don't perceive it as losing anything; I see it as a new chapter."

However, now a return to acting and a move back to Britain could open up new commercial prospects for her, including promoting her own lifestyle brand, As Ever.
