According to Realt.by statistics, by the end of December, the average asking price per square meter exceeded the $2000 mark for the first time since 2007. As of December 21, a square meter in the capital was, on average, asking for $2071, and a week later — on December 28 — the price in offers rose to $2084 per meter.

It is noteworthy that, starting from December 28, the price per meter in the secondary market also surpassed the mark — $2016. A square meter in new buildings is even more expensive — $2170.
Before this, the absolute record for many years remained the end of 2007, when a square meter in Minsk was, on average, asking for $2010. However, taking into account dollar inflation, it can be noted that apartments in the Belarusian capital are still cheaper now than 18 years ago, as the purchasing power of $2000 then and now differs significantly.
Over 2025, the asking price per square meter in Minsk increased by 47%, from $1416 to $2084.
The lowest prices in the last five years were recorded at the end of November 2022. At that time, a square meter in the capital was, on average, asking for $1153.
