The teenager, who had no prior criminal record, during a visit to a friend, stole a three-liter jar with money from the apartment — a total of 1,400 rubles. With part of the money, he bought himself a scooter, spent another part on a taxi, and the rest, he says, he lost.
That same evening, the police called the boy's parents to the Frunzenski District Department of Internal Affairs, where he confessed to what he had done. A month later, the schoolboy committed another crime: in the park, he took 6 rubles from an eight-year-old boy and spent them on a drink and instant noodles.
After this, a criminal case was opened against the teenager. He fully admitted his guilt, and the parents compensated the victims for the damage. ONT reports that the measure of restraint — the minor was placed under the supervision of his parents.
