Nearly 90 private homes in Gomel left without water

An accident occurred today in the afternoon at Gomelvodokanal.

A leak was detected on the water supply line in the area of house No. 36 on Leshchinsky Lane due to physical wear. An emergency team and special equipment are working on site, as reported by the chairman of the city executive committee, Vladimir Privelov, in his Telegram channel.

To carry out emergency work, the water supply to 90 private residential buildings has been disconnected.

Estimated time for resolution — 16:40.

After the completion of repair work, the damaged section will be flushed and disinfected, with samples taken by specialists from the enterprise's departmental laboratory.
