Kadyrov emphasized that his son possesses significant managerial experience, high professional qualities, a systematic approach to work, and great responsibility. According to him, he is well-versed in his field and has already made a significant contribution to the development of the republic.
Children and other relatives of Ramzan Kadyrov regularly receive high positions and regional awards. For example, his daughter Khadizhat was appointed first deputy head of the administration of the head and government of Chechnya at 24 years old. Akhmat Kadyrov already became deputy minister of sports, minister for youth affairs, and president of the Akhmat football club at 18.
Another son, Adam Kadyrov, at 16, headed his father's security service, became the curator of the Sheikh Mansur battalion, and later — the curator of the Russian Spetsnaz University named after Vladimir Putin in Gudermes. He also collects funds for humanitarian aid to the residents of the Gaza Strip.
Ramzan Kadyrov did not specify whether his son's appointment is related to his own health condition. In December, he appeared very weakened during a 'direct line,' and on New Year's Eve, media reported about his hospitalization in Moscow.
