They are surprised that prices in stores are almost the same as in Belarus.

Towards the end of last year, bloggers Artsiom and Tais Rybakiny surprised their subscribers with news. They moved again — this time from Northern Cyprus to Dubai. Tais boasted that she first visited there about 20 years ago and immediately felt that she would one day live in this place.
However, the couple is not yet revealing all their cards. Artsiom hints on Instagram that he is meeting with developers in Dubai. But Tais gives unambiguous hints that her husband is ready to work as a host: "When event organizers in Dubai found out that Rybakin is here — they are tearing him apart with offers... People, just be more persistent or write to me."
Tais also promises to talk about her work later. She only said: "And being an office clerk is not so bad after all. Finally, my marketer education, photographer training, and all those endless SMM courses came in handy. Who would have thought that everything would come together in one picture someday?"

The blogger was delighted to find cottage cheese from "Savushkin" in Dubai: "For me, this became the first marker that familiar life can be nearby, even if it seems like you're at the other end of the world. And another unexpected fact: in some markets, prices are practically the same as in Belarus. It turns out you can live differently in Dubai. You can live very expensively. Or you can live quite rationally, if you understand where to look and what habits to change. For me, this is a new experience, because before, I came here as a tourist and was sure that living here was unrealistic, too expensive. Now I see that with some life hacks (of which I don't have many yet), everything is quite possible without huge expenses."
Recall: blogger Artsiom Rybakin was very popular in the noughties, thanks to the projects "Club Stroke" and "Shitty Question".
Previously, he was married to model Volha Nikifarava. In that marriage, Artsiom had a daughter. The showman's second wife became Tais Lutsenka (Rybakina), with whom he had another daughter.
In 2022, the Rybakiny family decided to move to Northern Cyprus.
The couple said that in order to obtain a residence permit, they had to enroll in a local British university. In this case, the residence permit is granted for the duration of studies.
But not everything was so idyllic. Once on Instagram, Tais confessed to her subscribers that she had to earn her beautiful life independently.
"To move to Cyprus, I sold all my fur coats and some of my diamonds. I didn't spend a single day on maternity leave, because there was no time to relax... The state also deprived me of payments due to the move. I live in Cyprus — I work 24/7... I create courses, conduct consultations for individual requests, work as a real estate agent, and constantly learn new things... To give the appearance of a carefree lifestyle, I occasionally do beautiful photo shoots for subscribers, even though for a couple of years I've dreamt of simply getting enough sleep. I fully support myself — from sanitary pads to expensive items. I'm also building an apartment in Cyprus by myself."

The couple actively showcased various housing options in Northern Cyprus on their social media and encouraged people to buy property there with their help.
At the same time, Tais sold courses on how to discover one's true womanhood and advertised author's women's retreats. She also said she works as a coach.
Two years ago, Artsiom and Tais tried to launch their travel show on YouTube. In their blog "The Rybakins Will Tell," they showcased life in Northern Cyprus and Bali.
But the project didn't take off. Videos gathered from a few hundred to a few thousand views. Tais herself complained on Instagram that, by her feeling, only she, her husband, and a few close friends watched their videos.
Things were even worse for Tais's own YouTube project, where she tried to teach women about life and, for example, talked about the esoteric component of divorce.
For a short time, the family stayed in Bali and showcased real estate there.
Tais sold her 112-square-meter apartment in Northern Cyprus in 2024 to buy a three-room apartment in Minsk in a new building on the Svislach riverbank. Renovations there are still ongoing.
