PandaDoc announced that co-founder and CEO of the startup, Mikita Mikado, has transitioned to the position of Chief Product Officer. He will now focus on product strategy and roadmaps, while remaining on the board of directors, Devby writes .
Mikado himself explained the change by stating that the startup is growing. He says that in his new capacity, he will bring more value and be able to elevate the product to a new level.
The position of CEO of the company is now held by Kit Rabkin. He joined PandaDoc over 3 years ago as Chief Revenue Officer, and later became President. According to Mikita Mikado, Rabkin understands the customers, business, and culture of the startup and played a key role in its success. In his new role, Rabkin will be responsible for the company's operations, growth, and long-term strategy.
Co-founder Siarhei Barysiuk remains PandaDoc's Chief Technology Officer.
In 2026, the company is preparing major product updates with a focus on automation, artificial intelligence, and document management for growing businesses.
