Severe frosts have retreated. Almost no temperatures below -20 degrees
As of 08:00 AM on Thursday, only in Yezyaryshcha is -21.3°C recorded, and in Vitsebsk -20°C.

The coldest, as can be seen from the Belhydromet map, is in the Vitsebsk region and the east of the Mogilev region. Thus, in the Shklou region up to -18°C, at the 'Vyaliki Mezhnik' weather station, where on January 14 it was -29.7°C, this morning it is -17.9°C.
In Minsk at eight in the morning it is -11.8°C, at one of the Belarusian cold poles – the 'Paleski' weather station – it is -7.2°C, in Klichaw it is -12°C.
After 10 AM, Belhydromet will publish a map of this night's minimum temperatures.
Today during the day across Belarus, the maximum air temperature will be -4 to -10°C, in the northeast up to -12°C, and in the southwestern regions -0 to -3°C.
In Minsk in the morning -10..-12°C, during the day -8..-10°C, in the evening -6..-8°C.
Tomorrow, in some areas, there will even be a thaw.
So far, the coldest night this year in Belarus was the night of February 2. At the 'Paleski' station, it was -31.1°C.
