For 10 years, the former head gave illegal instructions to specialists of agricultural enterprises in Rechytsa district, as well as to his deputy, to conceal livestock deaths. As a result, 20 employees were brought to criminal responsibility.
The ex-chairman of Rechytsa was sentenced to 7 years in an enhanced-regime correctional colony, with a fine of 700 basic units (31,500 rubles), and deprived of the right to hold certain positions related to the performance of organizational and administrative duties for a period of 5 years, the prosecutor's office reports.

In 2022, Panchenka was already in a pre-trial detention center, but then he managed to avoid punishment — he even ended up in the position of ideologist at "Belarusneft".

Подонок. Подонок редкостный и с семейными связями - прокуратура/здравоохранение. Ничего не помогло. Я лично сидел в колонии с его ЗАМОМ ПО СЕЛЬСКОМУ ХОЗЯЙСТВУ, КОТОРОГО ОН ПОСАДИЛ (9 отряд). И в колонии еще главного животновода из Речицкого района (20 отряд) по этой теме сидел...... и это только ИК-2 БОБРЫ...... Мало дали, за испорченые и исковерконные жизни под расстрел подводить надо.....
