In Pinsk, a man punctured the tires of his neighbor's car because he took his cleared parking spot
In winter, the problem with parking in cities worsens due to snowfalls: there are even fewer spots, and disputes arise between neighbors. One such conflict over a parking space in a Pinsk courtyard ended in a criminal case.

A 50-year-old resident of Pinsk contacted the police, reporting that an unknown person had damaged the tires of his Fiat car, left overnight near his home.
During the investigation, it was found that after work, the man parked his car in a free spot that had been cleared of snow. In the morning, he saw that two tires were flat and had punctures, after which he contacted the police.
Criminal investigation officers established that a 52-year-old neighbor of the victim might be involved in the incident. He confessed that he indeed punctured the tires with an awl. According to the man, he got angry when he saw that the spot he had cleared for his own car was occupied by another vehicle, and he decided to get revenge in this way.
As a result, a criminal case for hooliganism was initiated against the man. The sanction of the relevant article provides for punishment up to deprivation of liberty for a term of up to three years.
