Minsk Tractor Works is preparing to present its own corporate mascot. It will be shown for the first time on May 29 — for the company's 80th anniversary.

According to Maryna Aniskova, head of the MTZ design department, the idea to create a unique character emerged after analyzing foreign experience: many large companies and major events have their own mascots. Therefore, the plant decided to develop its own symbol that would reflect the spirit of the enterprise.
According to Maryna Aniskova, the design team worked long on the concept, striving to create something original and non-trivial. The character's name is not yet revealed, but it is emphasized that it was chosen for a reason.
In Belarus, industrial enterprises rarely have their own corporate mascots, and this served as an additional incentive for MTZ to create one. In the future, the mascot concept is planned to be improved based on audience feedback.
Last summer, another Belarusian industrial giant, Minsk Automobile Plant, presented its own mascot.
