Conversations with laureates of the "Voice of the Freedom Generation" award compiled into a book
The "Polatskiya Labirynty" publishing house has released the book "Freedom as a Biography," which consists of conversations with the laureates of the "Voice of the Freedom Generation" award.

The award was established in 2025 by Belarusian PEN to honor prominent individuals from the Belarusian human rights, literary, and journalistic community aged 60+ who were forced to leave their homeland after 2020, writes bellit.info.
"Freedom as a Biography" contains eighteen conversations with intellectuals, human rights defenders, journalists, and creatives who have witnessed and participated in changes in Belarus over the last half-century. Their words reveal the depth of personal experience and show the formation of a new civic consciousness. "The book is created as a holistic narrative where individual stories combine to form a collective portrait of a generation," reads the annotation to the publication.
